  7. ReadyChatAI Mobile App — SMS & MMS Permissions (Android)

    When you install the ReadyChatAI Android app and set it as your default SMS app, the app accesses, sends, and receives SMS and MMS messages on your device. This access is required for the app to function as your default messaging app and to relay your messages to your authenticated ReadyChatAI account so you can manage your conversations across devices.

    • What we access: SMS and MMS message contents, sender and recipient phone numbers, and timestamps, only while the app is set as your default SMS handler.

    • How we use it: solely to display, send, receive, and relay your messages within your own account. We do not use this data for advertising.

    • Sharing: we do not sell or share the SMS and MMS data accessed by the mobile app with third parties.

    • Transmission and storage: messages are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored using encryption in transit and at rest, and are retained only as long as needed to deliver and sync your messages.

    • Your control: you can revoke the app's SMS access at any time by setting another app as your default SMS handler or by uninstalling the ReadyChatAI app.

  8. Google Calendar — Google User Data Retention and Deletion

    Connecting your Google Calendar to ReadyChatAI is optional and is done from Settings → Calendar in your dashboard. Connecting it grants us access to a limited part of your Google account, so that the assistant does not offer times you have already blocked and so that your bookings appear on your calendar. This section explains exactly what we access, how long we keep it, and how you delete it.

    • What we access: the email address of the Google account you connected, so we can show you which account is in use; the list of the calendars you own, so you can choose which one we should use; the busy and free time on the calendar you choose; and the events on that calendar, so we can show your own schedule back to you inside your dashboard. We create, update, and cancel events on that calendar only for appointments booked through ReadyChatAI.

    • How we use it — and how we do not: this information is used only to run your own booking calendar inside your account. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. Your Google Calendar information is shown only to the administrator of your own ReadyChatAI account.

    • Retention — how long we keep it: we keep the access credential Google issues to us, encrypted, for as long as your calendar stays connected, together with the connected account's email address and the calendar you selected. We do not store the events of your calendar in our database: they are read from Google each time the screen is opened and are held only in a short-lived temporary cache. For the appointments we create for you, we keep a reference to the event we wrote, so that we can update or cancel it later if the booking changes.

    • Deletion — how to remove it: you can disconnect at any time from Settings → Calendar in your dashboard. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored credential and revokes our access with Google, and we stop reading your calendar. You can also revoke our access directly from Google at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. The record of which Google account was connected, and the references to the events we created, are deleted when your ReadyChatAI account is deleted, and you may request their deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].

    • Limited Use: ReadyChatAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
