Before your first campaign

What do I need to start?

Connect your own WhatsApp Business number, enable campaigns for your business, and choose a Meta-approved template. Your audience must have agreed to receive your messages. Campaign settings and sending checks help you prepare.

Can I send to Instagram or Facebook too?

Live mass sending currently uses WhatsApp. Instagram and Facebook campaign screens in demo mode are simulations, not live sending channels.

Are WhatsApp messaging charges included?

Meta bills messaging charges to your WhatsApp Business Account separately from your ReadyChatAI subscription. Sending volume also depends on your account limits and number status.

What happens when a customer replies?

The reply arrives in your ReadyChatAI inbox through the normal WhatsApp conversation. Your configured AI and team can continue from there. Follow-up sequences can stop for a contact when they reply.
